Position Overview

We are looking for a warm, creative, and committed Preschool Teacher who is passionate about early childhood education and child development. The ideal candidate will provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment where young learners grow in confidence, curiosity, and foundational academic skills.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons that foster cognitive, language, physical, social, emotional, and spiritual development.

Establish a loving and secure classroom environment.

Observe and document students’ development and learning progress.

Communicate effectively and regularly with parents regarding their child’s growth.

Collaborate with teaching colleagues and school leaders to enhance the Preschool program.

Organize class activities, celebrations, and school events in alignment with the school calendar.

Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and classroom management.

Qualifications and Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of teaching experience with young children (ages 3–6).

Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Passionate about young children, patient, creative, and nurturing.

Able to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members and parents.

Familiarity with international curriculum and inquiry-based approaches is an advantage.
