Job description

Hikari Indo Sarana is looking for a dynamic, technical-minded, and result-driven professional to join our team as Pre Sales Lighting. This role is pivotal in accelerating business opportunities within our professional lighting division, specifically catering to the Retail and F&B industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Aggressively and consistently follow up with potential Retail/F&B customers previously approached by the Sales team.
• Develop and deliver persuasive lighting solution presentations to clients.
• Conduct technical surveys and analyze lighting requirements at project sites (retail stores, restaurants, cafes, etc.).
• Prepare initial technical proposals and Bill of Quantities (BoQ) specifically for lighting products.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead to a closed deal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering (Electrical Engineering is preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Retail, F&B, or B2B segments.
• Prior experience in B2B Retail - F&B segment is a significant advantage.
• Experience in Project Sales for at least 1 year is highly preferable.
• Excellent product presentation and communication skills.
• Strong Aggressive Approach skills (persistent, proactive, and target-oriented).
• Computer literate and proficient in productivity software (MS Office, CAD, etc.).
