A health and beauty company is seeking a PR & Corporate Communications Manager for the Indonesia market. The successful candidate will build collaborations with health experts, lead content development, and manage media relations. Required qualifications include a minimum of 5 years in Public Relations with at least 2 years in Indonesia, fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, and solid experience in crisis management. Build and maintain collaborations with dentists, health experts, and medical associations to strengthen the brand’s professional credibility.
Lead the development of expert-backed content, including scientific articles, expert interviews, and educational materials.
Organize and execute medical education programs, webinars, and other professional engagement activities.
Support compliance-related processes for the Indonesian market, including coordination for BPOM and Halal certification.
Manage brand reputation in the market, including public sentiment monitoring, risk identification, and crisis response.
Develop and implement communication guidelines to ensure all external messages are compliant and aligned with brand standards.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with mainstream media, industry media, and KOL/KOC in Indonesia.
Manage media communications, including press releases, interviews, media inquiries, and press events.
Plan and execute PR initiatives such as media briefings, brand events, and content-driven campaigns.
Produce high-quality communication materials, including PR stories, brand narratives, crisis statements, and market insights.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support key campaigns with PR initiatives and expert-backed content.
Work with sales and trade teams to support offline events, retail promotions, and channel communication needs.
Provide local insights to guide market-specific communication strategies.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Public Relations, brand communications, or media relations, including at least 2 years of experience in the Indonesian market. Experience in health, FMCG, or medical device PR is preferred.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with the Indonesian media landscape and regulatory environment, including BPOM and Halal requirements.
Solid experience in crisis management and public sentiment monitoring.
Prior experience collaborating with dentists, doctors, or professional medical associations.
Experience working in a multinational corporation or a fast-growing company.
Strong understanding of Indonesian cultural nuances and consumer behavior, with the ability to provide local communication insights.
