Overview

We are leading brand of laminate surface solution with extensive natural color, pattern and texture collection and widest distribution network in Indonesia. We need young professionals to join for this position.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring inventory levels of finished goods to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
• Developing and implementing plans to optimize the movement of goods.
• Managing the allocation and replenishment of finished goods to various distribution centers.
• Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) like on-time delivery and stock availability.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field, with a preference for a background in management or industrial engineering.
• A track record of at least 1 year in supply chain management or related fields.
• A solid grasp of supply chain principles, warehouse management, planning logic, and inventory cost optimization.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain positive relationships with suppliers, the sales team, and other stakeholders.
• Understanding of NAV or other ERP systems.
• Proficiency in analytical skills to identify and resolve issues effectively.
• Familiarity with building materials is considered an advantage.
