Job description

PT. Global Papua Abadi is an integrated agribusiness company focusing on sugarcane plantations and sugar manufacturing, and part of Indonesia’s National Strategic Project (PSN). We are currently looking for a highly motivated professional to join our team as a Port PMO Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the company’s project portfolio to ensure alignment with schedules, budgets, and objectives.

Monitor project progress, milestones, risks, and issues across multiple projects.

Prepare project dashboards, periodic reports, and executive summaries for management.

Ensure implementation of PMO standards, frameworks, and governance.

Liaise with Project Managers, site teams, engineering, procurement, finance, and key stakeholders.

Identify potential project deviations and propose mitigation actions.

Support project prioritization and resource allocation processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or related fields.

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Project Management / PMO / Project Control roles.

Experience handling port development projects (jetty, container yard, permits, and other port-related infrastructure) is preferable.

Strong capability in project tracking, reporting, and dashboard preparation.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Proficient in MS Excel (advanced) and PowerPoint; MS Project or Primavera is a plus.

PMP / CAPM / PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.

Willing to travel to project sites (Merauke) as required.
