Requirements

• Indonesian Nationality Only
• Previous as Executive Sous Chef for minimum 1 year or strong Chef De Cuisine minimum 2 years
• Previous experience as Chief Steward minimum 1 year
• Strong Knowledge in HACCP
• Strong communication skill
• Experience in All Day Dining , Banqueting
• Has strong personality,hands on
• Familiar with VHP System
