Qualifications

• Minimum 10-12 years of relevant working experience.
• Previous Factory Leadership is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record in Plant Manager capacity is preferred.

Job Responsibility

• The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the Karawang Plant operations and will be accountable to deliver the improved results in EHS, Quality, Supply Chain Performance, Cost and Employee Relations.
• Major responsibilities include :
• Instrumental in providing leadership in the operations and people management.
• Drive systemic change in all plant quality performance metrics through appropriate application of CI.
• Drive customer focus through prompt compliant resolution and corrective action.
• Drive sustainable improvements in factory cost through application of lean six sigma, entitlement thinking, yield improvement, and plant productivity.
• Pro-active involvement with division personnel and business teams.
• Alignment of plant goals, metrics, and targets with the business/division targets.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and local governmental safety, health and environmental rules, policies, and procedures.

Requirement

• Strong working knowledge and experience in quality, LSS and manufacturing
• A Bachelor level university/college degree is generally required. Master’s degree is preferred. Minimum 10-12 years of relevant working experience
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous Factory Leadership is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record in Plant Manager capacity is preferred
