Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and creative Personal Assistant with a strong background in interior design to support our Director. The ideal candidate will manage the Director's daily activities while also taking on responsibilities related to the design and maintenance of the Director's personal properties. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a keen aesthetic sensibility.
Responsibilities
- Daily Activity Management:
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the Director.
- Maintain an organized calendar, ensuring timely reminders and preparation for all engagements.
- Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, prioritizing urgent matters.
- Interior Design Support:
- Assist in the design and decoration of the Director's personal properties, including residential spaces and offices.
- Research and source furniture, décor, and other design elements in line with the Director's taste and preferences.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to manage projects and meet deadlines.
- Oversee and report on the progress of design projects, ensuring quality and aesthetic standards are maintained.
- Administrative Support:
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed for meetings or projects.
- Maintain files and records related to design projects, expenses, and other administrative tasks.
- Assist with event planning and arrangements for personal gatherings or functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role, with a focus on supporting high-level executives.
- Strong portfolio showcasing interior design projects and experience in residential or commercial design.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Preferably domiciled in Bali / willing to relocate to Bali.
