Affiliads is seeking an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to join our team and manage Meta Ads Management Service (AMS) for brand clients in Indonesia.

This role is designed for a professional with hands‑on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns, with a strong performance‑driven and data‑oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
  • Manage campaigns end‑to‑end under Ads Management Service (AMS)
  • Conduct audience targeting, creative testing, budget management, and scaling
  • Monitor campaign performance regularly and perform data‑driven optimizations
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams on content, strategy, and reporting
  • Prepare performance reports, insights, and optimization recommendations
  • Ensure campaigns comply with Meta policies and best practices
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1–3 years of hands‑on experience managing Meta Ads
  • Proven experience managing live advertising budgets (brand or agency side)
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Manager
  • Solid understanding of funnel structure, campaign objectives, and creative analysis
  • Comfortable working with performance metrics such as CPA, CPL, CTR, and ROAS
  • Detail‑oriented, analytical, and performance‑driven
  • Strong communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia
