With an integrated supply chain covering sea freight clearance, warehousing & fulfillment, e-commerce operations, customer service, and product design, we are committed to delivering quality home solutions. While a preliminary performance management framework exists, we are seeking a talented specialist to optimize our metrics and processes, driving true efficiency gains and business growth.
To redesign and implement an effective performance management system that aligns with business objectives, enhances operational efficiency, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement across all departments.
Diagnose & Enhance Existing Performance Framework
Analyze current performance appraisal forms, identify gaps between metrics and actual business outcomes, and propose actionable improvements.
Collaborate with department heads to redesign or refine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that are measurable, trackable, and efficiency-driven.
Performance Cycle Management & Execution
Oversee the end-to-end performance management process, including goal setting, progress tracking, evaluation, and feedback.
Establish regular review mechanisms, utilizing data analysis to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with operations teams (Sea Freight, Warehouse & Fulfillment, E-commerce, Customer Service, Design) to ensure performance goals reflect business priorities.
Prepare and present performance reports to management, supporting decision-making in resource allocation and incentive planning.
Training & Change Advocacy
Educate employees and managers on performance management principles and tools.
Facilitate training for department leads on conducting effective performance reviews and feedback sessions.
Local Compliance & Adaptation
Ensure all performance management practices comply with Indonesian labor regulations and align with local workplace culture.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in performance management, business analysis, or a related HR function. Experience in e‑commerce, logistics, or retail is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
Structured problem‑solving mindset and detail‑oriented approach.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced e‑commerce environment.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
