Job Profile

The People & Culture Business Partner (P&C BP) is a key strategic partner to factory leadership in driving human capital strategies that support business performance and workforce engagement. This role operates at the intersection of business and HR, providing frontline support to department heads and line managers in resolving people matters, cultivating a high-performance culture, and enabling the development of talent across the site. The role covers both strategic partnership and operational HR delivery.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Psychology, or a related field. HR certification is an added advantage.
  • 6–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner or generalist role in a manufacturing or high-volume operational setting.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and people management principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to consult, influence, and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Skilled in coaching, conflict resolution, and change management.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism in managing sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and data analytics is an advantage.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Willing to work in Sidoarjo or Surabaya
