About the Role

AIA is seeking a Data Analyst who is responsible for collecting, managing and analyzing data from various sources. As a Data Analyst, you will transform data into meaningful insights that drive informed business decisions and support the Partnership Distribution Department’s data analytics needs.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, pattern, and actionable insights
• Develop and maintain dashboards to communicate result effectively and monitor metrics to measure business performance
• Prepare comprehensive reports and performance monitoring tracker to stakeholders within Partnership Distribution Department.
• Develop and automate data collection, analysis and reporting process.
• Ensure the reports are delivered on time with the highest level of accuracy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytic / Mathematics / Statistics / Information Technology or any related field.
• Min. 3 years working experience in data analysis field and reporting
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Power Point), SQL, Power BI or other similar data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical thinking skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge about insurance business
