Main Responsibilities

• Responsible in forecast submission monthly and yearly with main focus on gross margin and BMI
• Do gross margin variance analysis
• Manage and control BMI budgeting and operational
• Prepare strategic actual and forecast performance pack for local and global team
• Responsible for reporting excellence in PC Finance
• Responsible for performance reporting in Oral care and Deodorants

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

• Having FP&A or P&L forecasting would be benefit
• University degree, preferably on Finance, Accounting, or Management Major.

Skill

• Strong critical and analytical thinking
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
• Exceptional communication skill both written and verbal
• Experience with ERP system
• Excellence knowledge on financial reporting, accounting principles, and compliance standard
• Strong leadership skill and can become mentor for other team members
• Ability to deal with big number and translate it into insight for various stakeholder
• Capability to adapt in high tension working environment
