A leading agribusiness firm in Indonesia is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor regulations. The role requires over 8 years of experience, including 3 years in Payroll or Compensation & Benefits. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in payroll software, and a solid understanding of Indonesia's labor laws. Manage end-to-end payroll processing, and ensure accurate & on-time payroll delivery across Business Unit/s.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including social security, income tax regulation, labor regulations, etc.
Ensure proper documentation, system security, and confidentiality of payroll and employee records.
Drive employee understanding and appreciation of rewards through effective communications.
Manage operational C&B responsibilities.
Understand company Compensation and Benefits structure, take part in annual C&B exercise by gathering market insights through market research.
Engage with relevant external parties (e.g. BPJS) and internal cross-functional Team, including Accounting, Tax, etc. on monthly and annual Tax/Audit exercises.
Collaborate with cross-business unit Team on ad-hoc C&B initiatives.
Min. S1 degree holder, with major in Accounting/Mathematics/Engineering/Computer Science/numerical-major.
More than 8 years of professional working experience, including min 3 years in Payroll or Ops C&B function.
Sound understanding of Indonesia labor requirements and pay regulations, including PPh21, Actuary.
Detailed oriented with high interest and ability to work with numbers with high accuracy and timely manner.
Excellent skills in operating Excel and e-statutory systems, such as eSIPP, eBupot, CoreTax etc.
Proficiency in operating payroll software and systems. Prior experience in payroll systems project implementation is an advantage.
Ability to communicate and work with stakeholders from diverse functions in clear and concise manners.
Hands-on and able to work independently with alignment to company guidelines and direction.
Strong work ethics, direct and get things done.
Trust worthy and able to handle confidential information with maturity and professionalism.
Good communication skill in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
