Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Tangerang Selatan is looking for a Parts & Service Sales Engineer specializing in Gas Engines. The role involves handling aftersales activities, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with at least 3 years of aftersales experience preferred. Excellent communication skills in English and product knowledge of JENBACHER Gas Engine are required. A driver's license (SIM A) is also necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in aftersales for Gas Engine, fresh graduates are welcome.
• Product knowledge of JENBACHER Gas Engine required.
• Have a driver's license (SIM A).

Responsibilities

• Do aftersales activity for Gas Engine.

This position will be working under Aftersales (Parts & Service) department for Gas Engine.

Job Description

Do Aftersales activity for Gas Engine.

Visit customers and maintain relationship with key existing customers and develop business relationship with prospective end customers.

Build and promote strong long lasting business relationship with customer and channels partner.

Set sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales targets, projecting expected sales volume and profits.

Preparing sales quotation in technical and commercial aspects.

Provide periodic report to Sales Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree on Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Major
• Experience in aftersales minimal 3 years for Gas Engine, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
