  • SLA Definition and Management: Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with pharmacy partners.
  • Contract Management: Manage the documentation and administration of contracts focusing on supply chain efficiency.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and address challenges or concerns faced by clients.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with teams across Revenue/Growth, Product, and Engineering.
  • SOP Development: Develop and implement standard operating procedures to align with market best practices.
Requirements
