We work at the intersection of strategy, design, and storytelling and we’re looking for a Part-Time

Creative Production who’s excited to bring ideas to life through strong visual content.

This role goes beyond editing behind a screen.

You’ll also be involved in production days capturing moments on the ground, understanding the story, and shaping content that feels real, relevant, and impactful.

Reponsability

• Content ideation and planning
• Moodboard and visual reference decking
• Production rundown preparation

2. Production

• Content shooting (camera or smartphone)
• BTS capture and production support
• Total of 9 scheduled production days across 6 months
• Video editing and content finalization
• Revisions based on creative direction

What We're Looking

• Preferably 2+ years of experience in content creation or video production
• Proven background working in a creative agency.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup
• Adaptive and open to creative feedback & direction
• Strong visual sense with a solid storytelling instinct
• Able to shoot content (camera or smartphone) and edit confidently
• Able to manage timelines and deliver consistent output
• Collaborative, proactive, and reliable during production days
• A portfolio or showreel that demonstrates both shooting & editing capability
Working Setup
• WFH: Tuesday & Thursday
• On production days, on-site work can be counted as part of the WFH quota
