PT Accesstech Super Jaya is seeking a skilled and dedicated Paramedic Construction to join our team in South Jakarta. As a Paramedic Construction, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety and well-being of our construction site personnel. This full-time position is an integral part of our commitment to workplace safety and providing a supportive environment for our employees.

What you'll be doing

• Providing immediate and appropriate medical care to workers on the construction site in the event of injury or illness
• Maintaining and stocking first aid kits and medical supplies to ensure readiness for emergency situations
• Documenting all incidents and treatments in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Collaborating with the health and safety team to identify and mitigate potential risks on the construction site
• Delivering training to construction workers on first aid, emergency procedures and health and safety best practices
• Liaising with external medical providers and emergency services as needed

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a paramedic, preferably in a construction or industrial setting
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with workers and stakeholders
• Ability to remain calm and make quick, informed decisions in emergency situations
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of medical care and workplace safety
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
