Manage the operational of the sports club (padel), including the daily operations of the sports facilities

Develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain existing customers

Manage the sports club's budget and financial performance

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards

Provide excellent customer service and address member inquiries and concerns

Collaborate with all team and other departments to ensure smooth coordination of activities

What we're looking for :

Minimum 5 years of experience in sports club or recreation facility

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team

Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing and membership retention strategies

Knowledge of sports club operations, including facility maintenance, programming, and budgeting

Familiarity with relevant regulations and safety standards in the sports and recreation industry

Degree in sports management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred
