Job summary

A leading beverage company in Cikarang is seeking a Packaging Operator & Maintenance Superintendent to ensure efficient packaging operations and coordinate production schedules. The role requires a vocational course in Mechanical Technology, knowledge of GMP and HACCP, and at least two years of experience in welding or machining jobs. Candidates should have a good understanding of packaging processes, basic English proficiency, and computer literacy, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GMP and HACCP.
• Good understanding of all aspects of packaging operations.
• Vocational course graduate majoring in Mechanical Technology.
• Two years of experience in welding and/or machining jobs.
• Two years of experience in pipe-fitting works.
• Basic English proficiency.
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates packaging personnel activities.
• Plans and implements production schedules with other departments.
• Provides technical advice on production issues.
• Reviews production and maintenance reports for efficiency.
• Initiates purchase of manufacturing supplies.
• Ensures good housekeeping and safety in the department.
• Monitors and controls area expenditures.
• Encodes SAP production documents.
• Maintains operation records and confidential data.
• Oversees audits and corrective actions.
