Responsibilities

• Identify potential locations for future outlets based on market data, foot traffic, competition, and surrounding businesses
• Conduct on-site surveys and feasibility assessments
• Build and maintain relationships with property agents, landlords, and mall/ruko management
• Negotiate lease terms and secure favorable agreements
• Prepare site evaluation reports and recommendations
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and project teams for smooth outlet opening
• Track pipeline of locations and monitor market trends

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in site acquisition, business development, or expansion in F&B outlet
• Strong understanding of what makes a location successful for a consumer-facing brand
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and make objective recommendations
• Familiar with ruko, offices, hospitals landscape in key Indonesian cities (have access to hospitals, offices, ruko - note intinya yang previous experiencenyacocok kaya businesses like selera and ayam + cloud kitchen location experience is a plus)
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working with targets
