The role

BAKED. Indonesia is seeking an experienced Outlet Accountant to join our team in BAKED. Flagship Gunawarman. The role will be responsible for managing the financial operations and accounting for our flagship outlet.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for individual retail outlets, including sales, inventory, and expenses.
• Reconcile daily sales and cash receipts, ensuring proper handling of cash and financial transactions.
• Analyze financial data and generate detailed reports for management on outlet performance.
• Support the implementation of internal controls and accounting policies across the outlet network.
• Liaise with store managers and provide guidance on financial best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and systems.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 years' experience in a retail or consumer products accounting role.
• Strong understanding of retail accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, especially Excel, ESB, POS System.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with Floor Supervisor and Outlet Manager.
