• Develop and optimize the companys performance management system, ensuring continuous improvement in evaluation methods and processes.
• Manage the full performance evaluation cycle for all employees.
• Design, improve, and implement the companys bonus and incentive programs, aligning rewards with performance outcomes.
• Conduct performance model analysis and establish a comprehensive KPI database to support data-driven decision-making.
• Provide regular reports and insights to management to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Job Requirements

• Strong administrative and clerical skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in handling performance KPIs or performance evaluation processes is an advantage (not mandatory).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data input, formulas, pivot tables, and reporting).
• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin), both spoken and written, to support communication and documentation.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to work with performance data and generate insights.
