A reputable organization based in Jakarta Utara is seeking an experienced professional for the role of Organizational Development and Performance Management. This position requires a Bachelor's degree along with 4-6 years experience in relevant fields such as Organization Development or Talent Management, preferably in retail or mobile phone sectors. Proficiency in Mandarin and strong analytical skills are essential, as the role involves designing KPIs, performance analysis, and developing employee succession plans.
1. Conduct organization and people development needs analysis, including structure review, job capacity, and competency mapping.
2. Develop and regularly update Job Descriptions and Job Analysis to ensure alignment with business operations.
3. Design and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all positions in collaboration with department heads.
4. Monitor and evaluate KPI achievements, provide analysis, and recommend follow-up actions to management.
5. Develop and maintain employee development and succession plans based on performance and potential evaluations.
6. Partner with HR and Learning & Development teams to design competency development programs aligned with performance outcomes.
7. Perform HR data analysis (people analytics) to support strategic decisions related to structure, performance, and talent readiness.
8. Maintain and update talent mapping to ensure business continuity and leadership pipeline readiness.
9. Prepare regular reports and recommendations on organization development and talent management effectiveness for management review.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Business Management.
2. Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Organization Development, Performance Management, or Talent Management, preferably in the retail / mobile phone.
3. Strong knowledge of Job Analysis, Job Evaluation, and KPI formulation (experience with Balanced Scorecard is a plus).
4. Skilled in data-driven analysis and reporting using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
5. Strong analytical thinking, structured approach, and ability to provide insightful, data-based recommendations.
6. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
7. Fluent in Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking).
