An anonymous company in Indonesia seeks an Organizational Development Manager. The role requires managing organizational structures, performance metrics, and cultural enhancement strategies. Ideal candidates should possess 8-10 years of HR experience, with a focus on KPI development and leadership programs. You will work closely with senior management to drive strategic initiatives that bolster company growth and development.
Organization Design & Workforce Planning
Design and evaluate organizational structures to support business effectiveness and scalability.
Develop manpower planning in collaboration with all departments.
Prepare and regularly update job descriptions across the organization.
Performance Management & KPI
Develop and manage the company’s performance management system.
Design and implement KPIs at organizational, departmental, and individual levels.
Ensure effective cascading of KPIs across all levels.
Manage periodic performance reviews and analyze results for improvement initiatives.
Identify training needs based on competency gaps and performance outcomes.
Design and manage employee and leadership development programs.
Develop clear career paths, job families, and job level frameworks.
Manage talent mapping and succession planning for critical and strategic positions.
Culture & Change Management
Lead initiatives to strengthen organizational culture in line with company values.
Manage change management programs to support organizational transformation.
Identify organizational issues related to structure, process, or people and recommend solutions.
Manage OD-related data and dashboards (KPIs, turnover, talent, training effectiveness).
Conduct organizational analysis and drive continuous improvement projects.
Develop SOPs, policies, and OD tools to support HR processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology / Human Resource Management (Master’s degree is a plus).
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in Organization Development (managerial level)
Strong experience in KPI development, performance management, career path, and succession planning.
Strong analytical, communication, and project leadership skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and partner with senior management on strategic initiatives.
