Position: Order Management



Responsibilities


  • Identifying deviations related to the process, budget, and CBD targets throughout the Development process.

  • Control function of project achievement throughout the commercialization process.

  • Supporting and facilitating internal and external audits related to development projects.

  • Providing regular status reports to stakeholders, including updates on progress, risks, issues, and performance to senior management and financial director.

  • Requesting lessons learned document/project report from project management/developer throughout the project to identify best practices and areas for improvement.

  • Monitoring resource utilization and availability to avoid overloading or underutilization in the Development.

  • Supporting and coordinating internal changes in the Development area that can include data analysis/collection and special tasks.

  • Responsible to compliance with internal standards and SOPs, adhere to protocols, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.



Requirements


  • University degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Management, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in order management, project coordination, or development-related roles, preferably in manufacturing or product commercialization environments.

  • Strong project management skills — planning, costing, scheduling, and progress tracking.

  • Experience in data analysis, documentation, and reporting to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Smartsheet).

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; other languages (Chinese/Korean) are an advantage.

  • Strong troubleshooting and process analysis abilities for continuous improvement.

  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, especially plastic parts and shoe production, is a plus.

  • Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Ability to prepare detailed reports and maintain documentation with accuracy and clarity.

  • Highly organized, responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Quality-focused, proactive, and eager to learn and improve processes.
