Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of all ChaTraMue outlets to ensure service quality, product consistency, and operational excellence.
  • Monitor outlet performance (sales, labor cost, inventory, waste, customer satisfaction).
  • Lead and coach Store Leaders to meet operational KPIs.
  • Ensure implementation of SOPs, hygiene standards, and F&B safety regulations.
  • Manage staffing needs, scheduling, and manpower planning.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and HR for smooth operational support.
  • Handle customer complaints and operational issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews.
  • Support expansion activities (new store openings, training, and readiness).
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in multi-outlet or franchise environments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
