The role

We are seeking an experienced online shop manager to join our dynamic team at PT. Sanasini Technology Indonesia. As the online shop manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently to drive sales and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in West Jakarta, Jakarta.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the overall online shop operations, including inventory management, order processing, and customer service
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase website traffic, conversion rates, and customer loyalty
• Analyse sales data and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions
