MOSHEN ENTERPRISE is hiring a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Tangerang BSD City.
This role focuses on supporting daily administrative tasks, warehouse administrative operations, and providing back-office support to the live-streaming department.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily warehouse administrative tasks, including data entry, document organization, and basic inventory records
  • Support goods receiving and stock-check activities by verifying quantities and basic product conditions
  • Assist with product labeling, categorization, and filing of related administrative documents
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the live-streaming department, such as host attendance tracking and data consolidation
  • Communicate with the Taiwan team for routine administrative coordination related to warehouse operations and deliveries
  • Assist in preparing basic performance data and reports for warehouse and live-streaming teams
  • Support cross-department communication and ensure smooth information flow
  • Handle other administrative and support tasks as assigned by supervisors
  • Follow company procedures and comply with internal policies and operational guidelines

At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or assistant role is preferred (fresh graduates are welcome)

Basic English communication skills for internal correspondence and messaging

Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of handling administrative documentation accurately

Familiar with basic computer tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or ERP systems (preferred but not required)

Good communication and teamwork skills

Proactive attitude, willing to learn, and able to support multiple tasks
