1. Install, configure, and test systems or software according to the project requirements and technical specifications
2. Provide technical assistance during implementation phases and resolve any system or application issues.
3. Ensure seamless integration of new systems with existing
4. Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, installation manuals, and project reports.
5. Provide technical support during and after the implementation process.
6. Create and maintain thorough documentation, including installation guides, configuration manuals, and testing reports
7. Prepare detailed reports on project progress, challenges, and resolutions for stakeholders.
8. Provide sharing session for end-users and client IT teams on how to operate the new solutions effectively
9. Provide technical assistance during maintenance.
10. Obtain technical certification for products that company distributes.

Requirements

1. Graduated from reputable Universities with minimum GPA 3.0.
2. Experienced in working field with Coding/Programming, Networking, or Security for minimum 2 years
