Job Description

  • Contributes to the business development of credit products by providing market intelligence expertise, market assessments, and related analytics.
  • Understanding business objectives and designing surveys to discover prospective customers' preferences.
  • Compiling and analyzing the statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it and giving recommendations based on the data.
  • Have a key insight into the need of credit products and fintech for the Indonesian market.
  • Decide on the correct analytic approaches to measure market performance and evaluate question selection/wording.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of work experience in market/consumer research roles, preferably with background from a research agency.
  • A Bachelor's degree with an emphasis on Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or other highly analytical oriented major.
  • Proven market research skills set, including understanding brief, crafting questionnaire, scripting, charting, analyzing data and developing insightful reports
  • Have an understanding of market research analysis experience.
  • Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys, etc)
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking
