Job summary

A leading apparel buying and sourcing company in Indonesia seeks experienced professionals based in Boyolali and Jakarta for positions in development and production. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position in the garment industry.
• Excellent knowledge of garments, fabrics, and accessories.
• At least 5 years of experience in development and production for Middle Level.
• At least 10 years of experience in development for Senior and Team Leader.

Responsibilities

• Work on development and production processes.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Graduation from IGTC/garment school

Job description

Graduating from IGTC/garment school will be an advantage.

Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position in the garment industry (factory or buyer agent)

Have an excellent knowledge of garments, fabrics, and accessories.

Have at least 5 years of experience in the development and production stage for Middle Level; Have at least 10 years of experience in the development stage for Senior and Team Leader.

Have experience using the SAP system would be an advantage

Detail-oriented.

Should be able to work independently with minimum supervision,

Must be a team player

Good Command of written and spoken English

Good Computer skills (Ms Office and computer literate)

Willing to have a business trip frequently

Placement:

Boyolali (1 Position for MD Production; 1 Position for TL Development)

Jakarta (1 Position for MD Development)
