Job summary

A leading retail company in Tangerang is seeking a Merchandising Coordinator to support the Buying Manager in evaluating merchandise performance, conduct product analysis, and execute clearance strategies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in merchandising, preferably in the fashion retail industry. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are essential. This position requires close coordination with suppliers and Store Operations to optimize product management.

Conduct regular analysis of product performance and provide insights to optimize assortment and stock efficiency.

Plan and execute merchandise clearance strategies to achieve sales and inventory targets.

Coordinate closely with suppliers regarding product availability, delivery schedules, and issue resolution.

Collaborate with Store Operations to ensure proper product display, stock management, and execution of promotional and clearance programs.

Monitor inventory levels across stores and ensure the right product allocation based on demand and store potential.

Maintain up to date product data, pricing, purchase orders, and related documentation.

Prepare and present merchandise performance reports to support business decisions.
