Job description

The Marketing Supervisor supports the execution of John Hardy Indonesia’s marketing strategy, with a strong focus on digital marketing, consumer marketing, and campaign execution.

This role works closely with the Senior Manager to deliver locally relevant campaigns that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, store traffic, and conversion, while ensuring all communications reflect John Hardy’s craftsmanship, heritage, sustainability values, and laid-back luxury positioning.

Responsibilities
1. Marketing Planning & Campaign Support (Brand, Consumer & Launch Execution)
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across retail, F&B, digital, and other consumer touchpoints.
  • Maintain marketing tools and reports, and assist with post-campaign reviews and insights.
2. Social, Paid Media, Website, Performance
  • Manage social media and digital content across Instagram, Facebook, the John Hardy Bali website, and online listings—ensuring brand consistency and campaign alignment with global brand guidelines.
  • Support Meta Ads execution and track digital performance metrics, consolidating monthly reports and insights.
3. CRM & Consumer Communication
  • Manage monthly e-newsletter planning and coordination while supporting CRM initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, and repeat visits.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across digital channels, CRM, and in-store communications.
4. Content, Creative & Asset Management (Storytelling, Collaterals, Design Support)
  • Create clear creative briefs and coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to develop content and marketing assets.
  • Design basic marketing materials and support the production, adaptation, and quality control of digital and print collaterals.
5. Influencer, Media & Stakeholder Coordination
  • Coordinate with KOLs, media, and partners for campaign execution, content delivery, gifting, and collaboration logistics.
  • Assist with influencer, media, and partner communications as needed.
6. Consumer Promotions & GWP Management (Campaign Support & Inventory Control)
  • Manage GWP inventory, allocation, and distribution to support campaign needs.
  • Track usage and ensure alignment with campaign objectives and brand standards.
7. Reporting, Tracking & Administration
  • Maintain marketing trackers, calendars, and reporting tools while consolidating performance across digital, CRM, and consumer campaigns.
  • Support the preparation of monthly performance summaries and key insights.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 3-6 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or consumer/brand marketing
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, social media, and consumer marketing
  • Experience in luxury, lifestyle, fashion, jewelry, hospitality, or premium retail brands preferred
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Proficient in Adobe tools for basic design tasks
