PERSOL Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients in Thailand (Chemical Trading) Company in finding great talent as a Marketing Executive with the requirement as follows:

Working location: Jakarta

Main Responsibilities

• Focus on sales and marketing, including sales planning. As well as delivery coordination and after sales service with foreign customers
• Develop market trade by formulating strategies related to market movement analysis, competitors, political economy in order to improve marketing plans, expand markets, set competitive prices to maximize sales and revenue.
• Contact and meet customers regularly to update necessary information and recommend products to them. Gather & update market information, competitor’s movement, and freight information in the assigned area.
• Monitor competitor activities and provides data & sample for analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or Engineering with at least 2.75 GPA, 3-5 years of experience
• Master’s Degree in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or Engineering with 0-3 years of experience
• At least 0-3 years experience in sales, customer service/ support for Plastics/ Rubber/ Polymer industries
• Good practices in Presentation, Interpersonal, Develops Strategic Perspective and Negotiation skills
• customer-centric minded and able to cooperate successfully in a team as well as work independently under high pressure
• TOEIC Score at least 600
• Sales experience and In-depth knowledge of polymers
• Familiar to using Microsoft Office Program, Internet and Sales system
• Good understanding of polymers and plastics conversion processes
• Fluent in English, Indonesia
• Working in PIK area
