About the role

We are seeking an experienced Group Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team! As the Group Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the role in driving our marketing strategy and initiatives to support the company's growth objective operations. This is a full-time, permanent position based in our head office at Tangerang Banten.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns across various channels to raise brand awareness and drive lead generation
• Conducting market research and analysing data to identify target audience insights and trends
• Collaborating with the sales team to align marketing efforts and enhance customer acquisition
• Managing the creation and distribution of digital and print marketing content, including website, social media, and other promotional materials
• Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing activities, continuously optimising strategies to improve results
• Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging marketing technologies to recommend innovative approaches
• Leading and mentoring a team of marketing professionals to foster a high-performing and collaborative environment

What we\'re looking for

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably within the marketing & communications industry
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Proven track record of using data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and drive business growth
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong project management skills and the capacity to lead and motivate a team
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies
• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in leading and managing a marketing team
• Proficient in English is a must
• Proficient in the use of marketing software
