What you'll be doing
  • Identify and qualify new sales leads and opportunities within the energy industry especially on the procurement project and tender
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to convert leads into new business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales pipeline and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor Degree from a Public University in Indonesia in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience
  • Able to speak English as well as in Bahasa Indonesia
  • Experienced in getting Tenders through Online web portal
  • Proven track record of success in new business development, ideally within the energy industry
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Analytical mind with the ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required
