About the role

Level 21 Mall is seeking an experienced Marketing Communication & Tenant Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is based in our Denpasar, Bali office, where you will play a crucial part in driving the marketing and leasing strategies for our premier shopping destination.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns to promote Level 21 Mall and its diverse tenant mix
• Collaborating with tenants to create engaging promotions and events that drive footfall and sales
• Managing the mall's social media channels and website to enhance our digital presence
• Identifying and pursuing new leasing opportunities to attract high-quality tenants that align with our brand
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to inform our strategic decision-making
• Analysing key performance metrics and preparing detailed reports for senior management
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, suppliers, and other stakeholders

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar marketing communications or tenant leasing role, preferably within the retail or real estate industry
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful, data-driven marketing campaigns
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse groups
