Job summary

A retail company in Jakarta is seeking a Marketing & Brand Manager to lead end-to-end marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess 3–6 years of marketing experience and a strong understanding of mom & baby consumer behavior. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own and develop brand strategy & positioning
  • Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns (online & offline)
  • Lead: Social media direction, KOL & community strategy, seasonal campaigns
  • Conduct market & consumer analysis (mom & baby trends)
  • Manage marketing budget, ROI, and performance reporting
  • Lead and coordinate creative & marketing team members
  • Drive campaigns across: Social media, Paid ads (concept direction), Marketplace (Shopee/Tokopedia), Events, pop‑ups, and community activations
REQUIREMENTS
  • 3–6 years experience in marketing, brand, or strategy
  • Strong understanding of mom & baby consumer behavior
  • Proven experience handling 360° marketing
  • Strong planning, coordination, and analytical skills
  • Comfortable working with data, budgets, and KPIs
  • Good leadership and communication skills
NICHE TO HAVE
  • Experience in baby, lifestyle, beauty, FMCG, or D2C brands
  • Network within parenting communities or mom KOLs
