On behalf of our client in the Machinery agricultural Industry, we’re currently looking for a Marketing Sales Manager to grow their tractor sales, specifically within the Palm plantation, Sugarcane plantation, and cassava plantation.

Responsibilities

• Taking care sales and grow up tractor market volume in dry field (Palm, sugarcane and cassava plantation)
• Identify problem and suggest the solution related with tractor sales in plantation
• Analyzing the tractor market needs and analyzing sales opportunities in the plantation market segment
• Provide regular reports on tractor market conditions, sales figures, and sales target achievement

Requirements

• Graduation from university with main subjects Agricultural Plantation
• Minimum 2 – 3 Years as Assistant Manager in Machinery agricultural Industry
• Experienced in tractor sales in the palm oil, sugar cane and cassava plantation
• Have good skill of communication (English is preferred) and can working in team
• Have good network and communication with plantations business
• Have the ability to negotiate between Business to Business regarding price, volume, and contract terms
• Identify and implement thoughts and ideas, which directly improve sales networking and product sales, able to identify consumer needs
