Job summary

Job description

Develop and execute medium- and long-term manufacturing strategies aligned with the company’s vision and business goals.

Lead the implementation of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, and the adoption of digital manufacturing systems (OEE, ERP, IoT) across all plants.

Drive improvements in productivity, waste reduction, and energy efficiency through world-class operational practices.

Manage major manufacturing projects, including planning, construction, commissioning, and start-up of new facilities in Cikarang and Pati.

Establish and develop a Manufacturing Talent Academy while fostering a work culture based on GUNA values — Grit, Unity, Noble, and Agile.

Promote a continuous learning culture and enhance team capability to build the next generation of plant leaders.

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards across all manufacturing sites.

Champion sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency programs to support long-term operational excellence.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in FMCG or Food Manufacturing, including proven leadership in multi-plant operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering; a Master’s degree is a plus.

Demonstrated success in leading greenfield projects, plant transformation, or expansion programs.

Strong mastery of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, and modern digital manufacturing systems (OEE, ERP, MES, IoT).

A strategic and inspiring leader capable of driving cross-site and cross-functional teams toward shared goals.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills with a strong results-oriented mindset.

Willing to travel frequently between Cikarang and Pati.
