Job description

Responsibilities

• Participate actively/lead in supporting team in order to meet Quality and PDD.
• Plan and execute all Operation process and monitor/control scrap rate in order to reduce wastage of materials
• Monitor and ensure on aging wo clearance > 14 days
• Utilize and optimize manpower/ machine resources to meet delivery goals with minimum cost/overtime in accordance of the RBA requirement
• Drive for productivity and quality improvements through projects
• Maintain excellent 5s condition in production floor at all time
• Train and oversee staff, including in safety and regulatory compliance
• Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
• Possess high tolerance in meeting PDD(Product Delivery Date) with short TA with Quality
• Must be a team player who can collaborate intensively with all support groups to achieve target

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree holder in any engineering related
• PCBA manufacturing environment 2-5 years experience.
• Willing to work normal and shift work.
• Well verse with Microsoft office and presentation capability.
