Job summary

A multi minerals mining company in Indonesia is seeking an experienced supply chain manager to lead and oversee all supply chain functions. The role demands a minimum of 10 years in supply chain management, including at least 5 years in a managerial capacity, preferably in the mining sector. Responsibilities include ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery of materials while managing procurement, warehousing, and logistics. Willingness to work in Gorontalo is required.

Qualifications

Job Overview

Lead and oversee the entire supply chain function in mining operation, ensuring cost efficiency, timely delivery of materials, compliance with regulations, and alignment with company strategy. This role covers procurement, warehousing, inventory management, logistics, and vendor management, with a strong focus on supporting mining operations in remote site conditions.

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) in Business Management, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in supply chain/procurement/logistics, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience working in the mining industry or a similar field.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Strong knowledge of mining procurement regulations, import-export processes, and local content requirements.
• Demonstrated knowledge of inventory management, warehouse management, procurement, logistics and transportation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Strong fieldwork skills and experience in remote or challenging terrains.
• Willing to be placed in Gorontalo (PT Gorontalo Minerals), with roster system.
