Overview

We are a growing company specializing in sourcing, producing, and exporting natural ingredients, particularly essential oils and commodities. With over 14 years of experience working with farmers and producers across Indonesia, we are expanding our operations in Salatiga. We are looking for a dynamic and skilled professional manager to oversee the diverse functions of our business, ensuring smooth operations and growth in this highly competitive industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing the operations of the company: Legal, administration and finance.
  • Oversee daily operations, including legal, administrative, and financial activities, ensuring all aspects of the business run efficiently.
  • Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Manage the company’s legal permits and licenses.
  • Take full accountability for the company’s finances, including budgeting, expense management, and financial reporting. Ensure all financial operations comply with regulatory standards, including taxation.
  • Handle regular tax filings, including monthly and annual reports to the Tax Office and compliance with BI (RTE/DHE) exportation requirements.
  • Organize and archive all official documents of the Company.
  • Participate in all company exportations: coordination with shipping lines, EMKL, forwarders, custom, consignees and their forwarder. Prepare, issue and submit all the document export.
  • Collection, register and freight of samples of material.
  • Coordination with warehouse/ logistics staff.
  • Ensuring the traceability system established and updating the stock management data at every delivery.
  • Maintain efficient and reactive communication with our client oversea.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, Taxation, Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in management, finance, or administration in the private sector.
  • Understanding of taxation, accounting, and government regulations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or other relevant financial software.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines and targets.
  • English proficiency is preferred.
  • Willingness to learn is essential.
  • Willing to relocate to Salatiga or already residing in the area.
