We are seeking a driven and analytical professional to support business growth across Indonesia. This role involves market research, strategic project support, sales operations, and localized marketing initiatives, working closely with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and industry research (Indonesia & Southeast Asia) to support business growth.
• Support strategic projects including new markets, categories, and channels.
• Translate business strategy into clear, actionable execution plans.
• Assist in sales operations and distribution support.
• Analyze consumer insights and marketing performance to drive growth.
• Support localized marketing initiatives, including social media, KOLs, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve market execution and organizational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above. Open to all majors; backgrounds in Business Analytics, Marketing, Media, Southeast Asian Studies, Mathematics, or Programming are a strong plus.
• Strong logical thinking, a quick learner, a collaborative team player, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Fluent in English (working language). Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin is required; trilingual ability is a strong advantage.
