A leading Indonesian cuisine restaurant is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to monitor repair and maintenance activities across their outlets. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience, including 5 years in a managerial role overseeing multiple subordinates. This position requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Monitoring repair and maintenance activity for all store, central kitchen, and head office.
Monitor all equipment and facility maintenance, repair, and replacement to support the implementation of effective budget and cost-saving measures.
Preventive maintenance with routine inspections of the equipment and facility, and take immediate action on issues to guarantee central kitchen or restaurant operation can run smoothly.
Make monthly reports and evaluate all targets and achievements.
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
At least 10 years of experience as an Engineer/Maintenance for Restaurant/Hotel or Kitchen Equipment Vendor, with at least 5 years in a managerial position with more than 15 subordinates.
Experience in troubleshooting problems with kitchen equipment and machines, dealing with general malfunctions and electrical installations, and making adjustments to HVAC systems.
Experience in preventive maintenance with routine inspections of the facility.
Creative and problem-solver, with an interest in learning new things/technology.
Highly driven and good leadership skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
