Plan and implement a full-day, year-round, developmentally appropriate curriculum including weekly themes and lesson plans, inclusion of theme-related materials, and rotation of toys and equipment on a regular basis.

Provide a safe, responsive, stimulating environment by actively engaging oneself in daily activities and routines.

Form and maintain professional relationships with parents and families.

Assess all areas of development of children using the Eclectic Curriculum.

Develop a progress report for each child. Conduct two parent-teacher meetings per year with each family.

• Have good communication and coordination with the principal and all teachers.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any major, preferably in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in preschool/kindergarten/childcare setting.
• Good command in English orally and written; Mandarin (for Mandarin teachers only).
