• Proficiency in English & Mandarin.
• Competent in using office software tools.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and report on imported equipment and raw materials.
• Track the progress of customs clearance for imports according to the arrival schedule.
• Prepare and manage export documentation.
• Compile and maintain daily import/export data statistics.
• Address and resolve any customs declaration issues.
• Serve as the primary liaison with customs authorities.
• Apply for import quotas, licenses, and commercial inspections.
• Verify import quotas and generate monthly import reports.

In this role, you will ensure product compliance with national and international standards, oversee quality assurance processes, and lead continuous improvement initiatives within our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and report on imported equipment and raw materials.
• Track the progress of customs clearance for imports according to the arrival schedule provided by the document controller.
• Prepare and manage export documentation.
• Compile and maintain daily import/export data statistics.
• Address and resolve any customs declaration issues.
• Serve as the primary liaison with customs authorities.
• Apply for import quotas, licenses, and commercial inspections.
