Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organise all shipments in line with related parties.
• Prepare and maintain delivery schedules and communicate with relevant departments.
• Track cargo movement from loading port to destination port.
• Collect and provide input for negotiations on competitive terms.
• Maintain system data requirements and integrity.
• Review shipping dates and report exceptions.
• Assist in negotiations for service level agreements and performance evaluations.

Job description

Perform daily activities of dry cargo and containerize shipping chartering.

Manage shipments delivery in a timely manner.

Maintains relationships with carrier vendors and consistently and escape and assist (internal &external) customer issues.

Job Description

• Organising all shipments in line with all related parties
• Preparing and maintaining a delivery schedule and communicating to all relevant departments
• Track cargo movement from loading port until destination port (depend on sales term)
• Collect and give input to supervisor in negotiate to get the most competitive OF and other terms/conditions
• Maintenance of system data requirements and ensuring integrity at all times
• Continual review of shipping dates and reporting exceptions
• Assisting with the re-negotiating of terms of business/service level agreements and performance evaluation and taking corrective action as required
• Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time

Job Requirements

• Min Bachelor Degree (S1) in any field
• Fresh Graduate or Having max 3 years of working experience in shipping area
• Good in communication and analytical thinking
• Detail oriented
• Willing to be located in Head Office Jakarta
