Job description

Responsibilities

Lead logistics workstream, including inventory management, warehousing, transportation, order processing, and inbound‑outbound operations/planning, as well as ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. Provides leadership role with the logistics team, supply chain peers, internal stakeholders, and business colleagues. Develops and mentors team members, promotes full employee engagement, and implements performance‑based monitoring to enhance productivity & digitalization. Collaborates on network design, sets and monitors KPIs, and reports on site performance to drive accountability and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, etc), Chemistry, or Supply Chain, Transportation, Business or Economics
• Experience at least 3 years in logistics, transportation, warehousing or supply chain management
• Familiar with logistics operations for chemical handling
• Strong experience in logistics operations and high capability in the ERP SAP system is a must and experience on ERP migration to SAP system is a must
• Strong in project management skills, data analytics, and fluent in English
• Will be placed in Cikarang - West Java
• Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics 101‑1,000 employees
